Early Childhood Ages 3 – 6 years

Half Day – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Classes are held Monday through Friday. Each day begins with Jesus, learning a story from the Bible that is applied to our lives. Our program follows a classic Montessori model. There are ample outdoor and indoor prepared learning activities to meet the needs of all children. We work together in a multi-aged group, which allows younger students to learn from older students. Older students practice leadership skills as they model behaviors and help those younger than themselves. Children work independently, in groups, and in teacher-led activities. They have opportunities to explore language, math, science, cultural studies, music, and art. They build and construct and learn practical skills as they do such things as cook, water the plants, and take care of their environment. Units of study are varied and intended to arouse a child’s natural curiosity. There is true joy in learning, as children independently choose their work under the guidance of the teacher.

Full Day – 8:00 am – 3:15 pm

The full day program continues from where the morning program ended. Younger children nap, while those not napping continue to learn outdoors and indoors and have opportunities to follow their areas of interest in math, language, science, cultural studies, and art. There is time for creative endeavors using a variety of materials. Kindergarten-aged children follow a Kindergarten program throughout the entire day.

Before and Aftercare Ages 3 – 6 years

Before Care: Children may be dropped off as early as 7:30 am at no charge. We may be able to accommodate drop-off times before 7:30 am. Please speak with the director regarding availability.

Aftercare: 3:15 – 5:30 pm
